We help communities tackle climate change, deliver renewable projects and get advice on home energy efficiency.

We work with individuals, community groups, businesses and other organisations.

Home energy advice for your community

Home Energy Scotland works in partnership with community groups to deliver free, impartial energy saving advice.

Individuals can call 0808 808 2282. Or, with their permission, you can refer community members to us through our secure, online Home Energy Scotland Referral Portal

Our friendly, expert team advise on home improvements to save energy, or to generate renewable energy, and the funding available. We also put people in touch with other organisations that can help.

Your community can benefit from a wide range of resources and help from our local advice centres, including leaflets and factsheets, a Home Energy Scotland advice stand for an event, workshops and support for funding applications. We also offer training for staff and volunteers, and much more.
